This Privacy Policy describes how HotspotUV (“the Software”), developed by 3Design DK (“we”, “us”), handles data in connection with its use as a plugin for Autodesk 3ds Max.

The Software runs locally within your installation of Autodesk 3ds Max and operates only on the 3D scene data and files you choose to work with on your own computer.
